AI Growth Marketing Manager
London, Hybrid (4 days in office)
I’m looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to join an ambitious AI-led, mobile-first consumer technology business in Central London.
This is a genuinely broad, hands-on growth role covering paid acquisition, brand, performance marketing, content, CRM, retention, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
But there’s an important difference. AI will sit at the heart of both the product and how this person approaches marketing.
We’re looking for someone who understands how AI, automation, data, and experimentation can be used practically to make marketing faster, smarter, and more scalable and not someone that has simply added AI to their CV. Someone who sees AI and automation to improve campaign performance, analysis, content, experimentation, customer acquisition, and decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
