About us

Engenious University helps experienced QA engineers move into AI-era roles such as AI Testing Engineer, AI Quality Engineer, and AI-native automation specialist. We do it through live cohorts, mentorship, internships, and hands-on training. Our learners are global, with strong demand in India, LATAM, and other emerging markets.

The role

You'll own the growth of our subscription product, end to end. That means the number that matters: subscribers, recurring revenue, and the unit economics behind them (CAC, LTV, margin, churn).

The offer is still evolving. Today it's mostly self-serve, and we're now testing tiered packages that add live mentorship. If you like shaping the offer while you grow it, you'll enjoy this.

Paid media is the main engine. Contractors run Meta and Google day to day. You set the strategy, offers, creative direction, and budget, and you hold them to results. We're a lean team, so you'll use AI (Claude, Gemini, automation tools) to produce creative, pages, and campaigns at real volume.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
