Role Description
The Growth Marketing Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater London, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing growth marketing campaigns across digital channels to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Growth Marketing Manager will oversee marketing automation workflows, collaborate on content and campaigns, and regularly report on results and insights to guide strategic decisions. This position is central to expanding The Padel School’s audience and strengthening its community of players and coaches.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in growth marketing, including designing and managing campaigns focused on user acquisition and retention.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and web analytics tools to track performance, derive insights, and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and workflows to streamline communication and nurture customer relationships.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering multiple initiatives on time.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, paid media, SEO) and performance optimization.
- Ability to interpret data, build dashboards or reports, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative working style.
- Experience working in sports, fitness, or community-driven brands is beneficial; interest in padel or racket sports is a plus.
- Experience working in the growth phase of a start-up, and in a SAAS business a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
