Growth Marketing Manager

Looking for a marketing role where you're directly accountable for commercial growth, not just campaigns?
We’re partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS business looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own activity across new business acquisition, customer growth and retention.
The Role
- Build inbound and outbound campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
- Partner closely with Sales & Customer Success to drive ARR, retention and expansion
- Develop ABM and targeted account campaigns
- Create customer lifecycle, nurture and cross-sell programmes
- Support product launches and GTM activity
- Own HubSpot automation, segmentation and reporting
- Track what matters: pipeline, conversion, ARR, NRR and churn
- Use AI and automation to improve marketing effectiveness

You’ll ideally bring
- Strong B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Hands-on demand generation / growth marketing
- Experience across both inbound and outbound
- Customer/lifecycle marketing exposure
- Strong HubSpot / marketing automation knowledge
- A genuinely commercial mindset with measurable results
