Relay: Reshaping the Movement of Goods in an Online Era
Relay is fundamentally reshaping how goods move in an online era. Backed by Europe’s largest-ever logistics Series A ($35M), led by deep-tech investors Plural (whose portfolio spans fusion energy and space exploration), Relay is scaling faster than 99.98% of venture-backed startups. We're building the most talent-dense team the logistics industry has ever seen.
Our Mission
We aim to free commerce from friction. Currently, delivery costs act as a hidden tax on e-commerce, limiting possibilities. Relay envisions a world where more goods move with seamless, accessible accessibility for everyone.
The Team
- ~110 people, over half in engineering, product, and data
- 45+ advanced degrees in computer science, mathematics, and operations research
- Handled thousands of data points for every parcel handled
- Characterised by first-principles thinking and relentless experimentation
The Role: Growth Marketing Manager
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our courier acquisition strategy, driving scalable, sustainable fleet growth. This role requires balancing strategic vision and hands-on execution to expand Relay’s impact in both existing and untapped markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
