Growth Marketing Manager — Creators & Social Commerce

📍 Fully remote or in-office...it's ok to work from anywhere in Europe. (LinkedIn requires us to pick one country; don't let it put you off applying from elsewhere in Europe.)

You turn audiences into revenue. We’ll give you the creators, the products and the platform — you bring the marketing craft.

creativehub.io automates social commerce. Our AI systems plug into a creator’s social accounts, assess the attention they command, and automate the marketing and sales that turn it into income for the creator. We built our name growing visual artists and our team routinely takes creators from £8,000 launches to £30,000, £50,000, £90,000+ launches.

The playbook is marketing: positioning, audience psychology, email capture, launch mechanics, urgency, story. Now we’re applying it to every kind of social creator: illustrators, photographers, designers, streamers, writers, makers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

To be clear about what this is not: this is not brand-side influencer marketing. You will never book a sponsored post. You grow each creator’s OWN commerce: their products, their drops, their revenue, and you’re paid on it.

What you’ll do

  • Own a roster of creators as their growth marketer and commercial strategist
  • Design drop strategies end to end: positioning, product, pricing, launch narrative, timing
  • Build and optimise pre-launch funnels: email capture, waitlists, urgency mechanics, early access
  • Direct each creator’s content strategy around launches, grounded in audience data
  • Read the data relentlessly and change course on what it says; run the post-drop review
  • Build your roster: a starter book from our client pool, then scout and close new creators
