Growth Marketing Manager

Referment is working with a London-based B2B fintech SaaS company whose software helps businesses solve the operational challenges of B2B payments and cash collection — from invoice chasing to payments reconciliation. They are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own multi-channel demand generation.

The Role

You will develop and execute the growth marketing strategy across channels including PPC, SEO, email, display and social media. A significant part of the role is paid media: planning, testing, implementing and measuring multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads, from audience research and creative development through to landing page optimisation and performance analysis.

You will manage campaigns from conception to execution, allocate and pace media spend across the channels you manage to drive key business results, and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimisation and revenue growth. You will provide regular performance updates to stakeholders — working closely with leadership, marketing and sales to keep initiatives aligned with business goals — and manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed. Staying on top of industry trends to keep the company at the forefront of growth and performance marketing is part of the remit.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
