Growth Marketing Manager
Social Care Tech SaaS | Hybrid London | £70,000 to £75,000
We are looking for a full funnel B2B SaaS growth marketer who can connect marketing spend directly to pipeline and revenue. Someone hands on with HubSpot, comfortable owning acquisition from first click through to closed revenue, and able to show exactly what they changed, what it cost and what commercial impact it created.
This growing SaaS business is solving a very real problem in social care. Many providers still rely on fragmented systems that make it difficult to understand what is happening across teams, services and day to day delivery.
Its platform brings activity data, compliance tracking and team management together in one place, helping care leaders make better decisions and improve the consistency of care.
With more than 2,000 care providers already using the platform, the foundations are strong. The next challenge is building a more predictable acquisition engine that can turn market demand into scalable, profitable growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
That is where you come in.
You will own growth across paid search, paid social, SEO, content, partnerships, nurture and lifecycle marketing. The focus is not activity for activity’s sake. It is understanding which channels create qualified pipeline, what converts and where investment should scale.
This is a hands on role. You will manage budget, build campaigns, improve conversion journeys, work within the CMS and create automation and nurture programmes in HubSpot.
They want someone commercially sharp. You should be comfortable talking about CAC, pipeline contribution, conversion and ARR, ideally with evidence of having influenced or generated £500,000 plus of ARR through marketing activity.

You should also be comfortable using AI as part of your day to day workflow, whether that is research, analysis, experimentation, content or improving execution.
The strongest fit will likely bring 4 to 6 years of B2B SaaS growth or demand generation experience, ideally within a scaling technology business and with exposure to SMB acquisition.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants autonomy and accountability in equal measure. You will have the space to test ideas, prove what works and shape where the business invests next.
