Position Summary

Engagement type: Permanent, full-time employee
Working pattern: Remote-first;
Location: United Kingdom preferred; other locations considered, with regular working overlap with UK/EU, Dubai, Turkey, and Latin America
Purpose of the Role
We are hiring for one of NIAN Capital's ventures: a well-funded fintech building a UK digital account for underserved segments, letting people protect their savings and move money across borders without the barriers of traditional banking. The company is launching in selected countries across the Middle East, Latin America, and the UK/EU. The post-holder will execute the CMO’s approved growth strategy day-to-day within the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimise paid social, search, and performance campaigns in each market.
- Brief and manage content, localisation, and creative agencies; own quality, turnaround, and A/B testing.
- Run community, creator, and partner activations, and manage local specialists day-to-day.
- Own onboarding, activation, and retention journeys across email, push, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Maintain acquisition dashboards; report funnel conversion to the CMO.
- Operate the AI-enabled marketing stack and route all customer communications through compliance approval.
- Help hire and lead future marketing team members as the business scales.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–6 years’ hands-on growth or performance marketing, ideally in fintech or consumer apps.
- Demonstrated personal delivery of measurable paid-acquisition results.
- Strong analytical skills across attribution, funnel analysis, and BI tools.
- Daily, practical use of AI-enabled and agentic marketing tools.
- Experience producing communications for regulated products and managing agencies.

Nice to have
- Working proficiency in Spanish.
- Multi-market campaign experience in Latin America, the GCC, Turkey, or the EU.
