Group Head of Growth
Our client in the fitness industry is seeking an experienced Group Head of Growth to lead and execute the entire marketing strategy across its health, fitness, and coaching brands. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing revenue, and owning the complete marketing funnel from strategy and messaging to campaign execution, CRM, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies.
- Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and CRM automation.
- Lead content strategy, copywriting, and multi-channel marketing across social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Manage campaigns focused on generating qualified leads, booked consultations, and sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Track marketing performance and continuously optimize for commercial results.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in growth marketing with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong direct-response copywriting and funnel-building skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred), email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Commercial mindset with experience marketing premium or high-ticket services.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently with strong overlap with Marbella, Spain working hours.

Compensation:
- £2,000–£3,000 per month, depending on experience and results.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Full-time, remote position with a 90-day probation period.
