Five Rivers is looking for a strategic and commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to lead foster carer recruitment activity across our fostering division. This role will focus on generating high-quality enquiries, improving conversion and supporting the growth of our fostering services through targeted, measurable recruitment activity.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial and working closely with the Marketing & Communications team, you will lead delivery of the Finding New Carers Strategy and work with regional Heads of Fostering and Service Managers to ensure recruitment plans are focused, visible and accountable.

About The Role

You will provide strategic leadership for foster carer recruitment, using data, insight, local engagement and campaign activity to increase quality leads and support prospective foster carers to take the first step.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead foster carer recruitment strategy across short, medium and long-term activity.
  • Deliver the Finding New Carers Strategy through measurable recruitment plans and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate regional recruitment planning with Heads of Fostering and Service Managers.
  • Work with Marketing & Communications to align campaigns, messaging and activity.
  • Use data and local insight to target activity and improve lead generation.
  • Attend recruitment events and support local engagement activity across services.

About You

You will be an experienced marketing, growth or recruitment professional with a strong track record in lead generation, campaign planning and performance management. You will be confident turning strategy into practical action and building strong relationships with internal teams, community partners and prospective foster carers.

Hours

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday 9am – 17:00 pm
  • Friday 9am – 16:30pm

Location

This role is a hybrid office arrangements where you will need to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week

Please be aware you will be expected to travel to our services for this role
