Growth Marketing Manager

Are you a commercially minded marketer who thrives on delivering impactful campaigns and driving measurable business growth? Our client is looking for an ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of referral growth, stakeholder engagement and market development programmes across a growing healthcare organisation.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase referrals, improve stakeholder engagement and support business growth.

Working closely with sales, engagement, operational and clinical teams, you'll be the key marketing partner for healthcare professional audiences including GPs, Optometrists, Primary Care Networks and other referral stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

Growth Marketing & Strategy

  • Develop and own the annual growth marketing plan
  • Identify opportunities to increase referrals, market share and stakeholder engagement
  • Create localised growth strategies for priority regions
  • Translate commercial objectives into high-impact marketing programmes
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Campaign Management

  • Plan, deliver and optimise integrated multi-channel campaigns
  • Manage activity across paid media, social media, email marketing, website, PR, events and referral marketing
  • Develop campaign briefs and manage external agency relationships
  • Ensure all activity is insight-led and commercially focused

Sales Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner closely with sales and engagement teams
  • Produce presentations, toolkits, sales collateral and stakeholder resources
  • Develop campaigns that support referral acquisition, retention and reactivation
  • Support educational events, webinars, conferences and CPD initiatives
  • Strengthen the organisation's visibility and reputation within healthcare communities

CRM, Data & Performance

  • Work closely with data teams to develop audience segmentation strategies
  • Create automated nurture and engagement programmes
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and referral performance
  • Develop reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights
  • Demonstrate marketing's contribution to commercial outcomes

Brand & Value Proposition

  • Own and evolve the organisation's value proposition
  • Develop audience-specific messaging and positioning
  • Maintain consistency across marketing communications
  • Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to promote key service differentiators

About You

We're looking for a commercially focused marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery.

You'll ideally have:

  • Significant experience in a Growth Marketing, Campaign Management or Marketing Manager role
  • Strong experience delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns
  • Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of customer acquisition
  • Proven experience managing budgets and campaign performance
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and insight capabilities
  • Experience managing agencies and external suppliers
  • Outstanding project management and organisational skills

Highly Desirable

  • Experience within healthcare, private healthcare or another regulated sector
  • Experience marketing high-consideration services
  • B2B and referral marketing experience
  • Knowledge of patient acquisition journeys
  • Experience using AI-enabled marketing tools and automation platforms
