About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and attract top talent. You will oversee various online marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving measurable results in digital marketing initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital presence of a growing organization and make a significant impact on our recruitment success.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry, is required. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. Experience with marketing automation tools and content management systems is highly desirable. A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also important.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email campaigns, paid advertising, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content tailored to target audiences, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and voice.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, recruitment, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company's digital presence innovative and competitive.
  • Manage budgets for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with digital media vendors, influencers, and industry partners to expand reach and engagement.
