🚀 Growth Marketing Manager | London | £45k+ + Bonus + Equity

I’m working with an early-stage, recently funded B2B technology company that is looking for its first dedicated growth hire.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building demand from the ground up, experimenting with new channels, connecting the dots across sales and marketing, and being accountable for commercial results.

📍 London — office-based 4 days per week 💰 £45,000+ base + 10% performance bonus 📈 Equity included 👤 Individual contributor role 🏗️ First dedicated growth hire

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of the company's demand generation engine, with a clear focus on generating qualified opportunities, demos and trials for the sales team.

You'll be expected to build and test a multi-channel growth motion across:

  • Outbound and account-based campaigns
  • LinkedIn and other paid acquisition channels
  • Lead generation and conversion campaigns
  • Intent and behavioural signals
  • CRM and marketing automation
  • AI-powered prospecting and personalisation
  • Data enrichment and workflow automation
  • Creative campaigns, lead magnets and other demand-generation initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll have plenty of freedom to experiment. The expectation isn't that you simply manage existing campaigns — you'll build the machinery behind them.

You'll work closely with sales, SDRs and content, making sure marketing activity translates into genuine commercial opportunities rather than vanity metrics.

We're looking for someone who...

  • Has personally built and executed B2B demand-generation programmes
  • Can demonstrate the pipeline, revenue or opportunities those programmes generated
  • Is comfortable working across modern GTM and marketing technology
  • Has hands-on experience with outbound, paid acquisition, CRM and automation
  • Understands how to use AI to make marketing workflows faster, smarter and more scalable
  • Is commercially minded and comfortable being measured against outcomes
  • Enjoys working in an early-stage environment where you won't have a huge team around you
  • Can move quickly, test ideas, analyse results and change direction when something isn't working
