Full Job Description
B2B Marketing Manager
London | Hybrid – 2 days per week
£60,000–£70,000
Are you a hands-on B2B marketer who loves building campaigns, testing what works and seeing the impact directly in pipeline?
I'm working with an established technology business launching and scaling an exciting new SaaS product into the B2B market.
Although you'll have the backing, resources and stability of an established business, the product itself is operating much more like a startup. Small team, lots happening, quick decisions and a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
They're now looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to help turn their go-to-market plans into high-performing campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

You'll ideally have:
- Strong B2B demand generation experience
- Experience within SaaS, technology or another fast-moving B2B environment
