At Beam, we’re building AI that serves society.

We're a global team of ambitious, hardworking problem solvers, applying fast-moving startup energy to work that makes the world a better place. If you want to apply your talent to the biggest problems society faces, Beam is the place for you.

You’ll be part of a high-performance culture where you'll make a huge impact, rapidly progress your career, and truly enjoy your work.

Over 100,000 frontline workers already use Beam to take notes, provide live interpretation and handle phone calls, so they can focus on the people who need them most. This is just the beginning.

About the role

As Beam scales its product suite (Interpret, Notes, Talk and beyond) clear communication with the people using our products becomes critical to how fast they get value from what we build. This role owns that: end-user comms, lifecycle activation, and product marketing collateral, sitting inside Beam's newly created Product GTM function as our second hire into it.

It's a genuine opportunity to build how we scale product comms and GTM activity from the ground up, working closely with the Product GTM Lead to shape the systems and cadence that will support Beam's growth.

A day in the life could look like:

  • A few hours deep in Customer.io (our lifecycle management platform) activating users via dedicated campaigns
  • Updating external release notes and drafting our fortnightly product newsletter, before turning to a one-pager or deck for another product area

You’ll work closely with our Product GTM Lead, meeting with our UK, US and AUS GTM teams to support sales sprints with bespoke product collateral and demos always ensuring that product features and changes are leveraged to the max in customer calls.

You'll be:

  • Owning end-user comms for every product release and change — writing help centre articles, in-app updates, and release notes so users always know what's changed and why it matters to them
  • Running lifecycle campaigns in Customer.io to drive product adoption, with a particular focus on activating users of our Notes product — this is the largest part of the role
  • Coordinating campaign scheduling with our fortnightly newsletter cadence, keeping user comms consistent and predictable rather than reactive
  • Launching bespoke campaigns - in conjunction with our enablement and product teams to leverage comms to highlight features, products for maximum adoption
  • Producing product marketing collateral — owning the creation and upkeep of key one-pagers, decks, and product assets for GTM teams
  • Partnering with the Product GTM Lead on localised content direction and strategy for each of our verticals, while owning the day-to-day execution and output yourself
  • Helping build the foundations of a brand new function, including laying the groundwork for content to scale by region as our footprint grows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You are:

  • Experienced with an email or lifecycle marketing platform (Customer.io strongly preferred; Mailchimp or HubSpot considered), ideally within a SaaS environment, with 2+ years in a product marketing or lifecycle marketing role
  • Comfortable working closely with Product and Engineering, semi-technical enough to follow product detail and translate it into comms without needing everything simplified for you
  • Someone who can look at an existing lifecycle marketing setup and see what needs fixing, not just execute within it
  • A strong writer with a good ear for tone, able to turn product and feature changes into comms that are clear and genuinely useful to end users
  • Comfortable owning a channel end to end, from building a campaign in Customer.io through to scheduling and reviewing how it performs
  • Organised and reliable under a steady release cadence, so nothing slips even when several things are moving at once
  • A natural collaborator, confident working in cross functional squads of Product, Design, and Marketing to pull the right detail into every piece of content
  • Excited by the opportunity to join a brand new function early — there's no established playbook yet, so you'll help set up the processes and workflows that enable us to scale
