Ad agencies are dead. We're what comes next.

Growthcurve is the growth marketing agency founders, CMOs and investors call when they need to scale fast. Strategy, media and creative under one roof, with an in-house studio and AI built into how we work. We've supported companies spending over $100M a month on paid ads, for brands like Coinbase, AliExpress, Midnite and Finom.

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to run paid growth across client accounts: hands-on in the platforms, in the data and in the creative, every day.

THE ROLE

You'll run campaigns across 2-3 client accounts, from audience strategy and campaign build to creative briefing, optimisation and reporting, on budgets from £10K to £1M+ a month. You'll report into our Growth Marketing Director, work alongside Senior Growth Marketing Managers on strategy, and own the day-to-day with your clients.

Not strategy from a distance. You'll be in the work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Plan, build and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), TikTok and more
  • Own the funnel on your accounts: audiences, campaign structure, bids, budgets and testing
  • Brief our in-house studio on hooks, formats and angles built to win, not just to fill a slot
  • Own conversion tracking and attribution: GTM, GA4, pixels and server-side where it matters
  • Run experiments properly and report on what actually moved CAC, ROAS and LTV
  • Lead weekly client calls and make the numbers clear to people who aren't specialists
  • Use AI across research, analysis and creative testing as a real edge, not a novelty

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
