Your mission at Mercanis
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help scale Mercanis's presence globally. This is a performance- and pipeline-driven role: you will own a number, not just a set of activities. You'll sit at the intersection of outbound and inbound, making sure both teams are aligned on target accounts and pipeline goals — and you will own the channels and campaigns that drive it. The initial focus is on the UK & DACH, and then globally, so you will have room to test what works beyond the core. Reporting to VP of Marketing, working in collaboration with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Design, and Content.
Your Responsibilities on this role
- Drive market expansion in the UK & Ireland region — build the regional campaigns and channel mix to grow pipeline in the market we're actively scaling
- Grow Mercanis's market presence in the DACH market — build awareness and demand generation among procurement and operations decision-makers
- Own a monthly pipeline number across your markets, and be directly accountable for hitting it
- Be the connector between the outbound and inbound teams, aligning with the sales team on target accounts and lead handoff
- Own and optimize paid acquisition across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other channels— managing budget, targeting, and creative testing against hard pipeline and CAC targets
- Brief and ship SEO-driven landing pages and content to improve organic visibility and inbound lead quality, in a collaboration with the content writer
- Plan and run campaigns targeting sign-ups for events, webinars, in a collaboration with the field marketer
- Build and own full-funnel reporting and attribution in HubSpot (MQLs, pipeline, ROI), so we always know exactly what's driving pipeline — and iterate fast based on what the data shows & sales team’s feedback
- Partner with Sales to sharpen lead-qualification criteria for each market
- Run a continuous test-and-learn cadence — prioritize experiments by expected impact on pipeline and CAC, and kill fast what doesn't perform
- Run experiments into new markets beyond the UK & DACH — small-scale tests on channels, messaging, and demand to see where it's worth doubling down next

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
