Senior Acquisition Manager / Growth Manager

Holborn, London (Hybrid | 1 day in the office every 2 weeks)

We're partnering with a successful digital business attracting millions of users across Europe to recruit a Senior Acquisition Manager. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially driven growth specialist looking to take ownership of acquisition strategy across paid, organic, AI search and emerging growth channels.

You'll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, scaling acquisition activity, and delivering measurable improvements in traffic, conversions and revenue. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic ownership and hands-on execution.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you'll lead customer acquisition across a diverse mix of channels while working closely with Product, Data and Technology teams to optimise performance and support business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the acquisition strategy across paid, organic and emerging channels
  • Driving growth in traffic, leads, conversions and revenue
  • Managing and optimising paid search, paid social and performance marketing campaigns
  • Working closely with the SEO & AEO Manager to maximise visibility across traditional and AI-powered search
  • Leading experimentation across landing pages, conversion funnels and customer journeys
  • Analysing performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI
  • Managing acquisition budgets, forecasting and channel investment decisions
  • Testing and scaling new acquisition channels and technologies
  • Building reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure performance
  • Mentoring and developing the SEO & AEO Manager
  • Exploring new AI-powered tools, automation platforms and emerging growth opportunities

About You

We're looking for a data-driven acquisition professional who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on channel expertise.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in Acquisition, Growth or Performance Marketing within a digital, technology or high-growth business
  • Strong knowledge of Paid Search, Paid Social and customer acquisition strategies
  • Experience managing and optimising acquisition budgets with a focus on ROI
  • A solid understanding of SEO, AEO and modern search trends
  • Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills
  • A passion for experimentation, optimisation and continuous improvement
  • Experience delivering measurable growth through acquisition campaigns
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring or managing team members
  • Exposure to AI-driven search, automation tools or emerging acquisition channels
