THE ROLE
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for optimising conversion from traffic to sale and scaling paid customer acquisition efforts for our roster of creator brands.
This person will optimise the acquisition and conversion of traffic across the marketing funnels and web touchpoints across our portfolio. They would be bringing expertise to brands within the digital course / community space.
We are looking for someone with a strong data and performance marketing background who can use their expertise, insight, and tools to drive strong performance across user acquisition and conversion metrics.
In this role, you would work closely with the commercial, performance marketing, and digital growth teams to identify issues and opportunities for improvement and then execute the plans at pace. We are a curious business, and experimentation is expected, as we know that things can always be improved.
Key metrics you will own:
- Traffic > initiate checkout %
- Checkout > purchase %
- Low ticket purchase > mid / high ticket conversion %
- Bounce rate %
- Scroll depth % on ads & email landing pages

Key project you will own:
- The launch of new landing pages for use in lead magnet, sales, and offer-led ad campaigns + email flows
- The ongoing optimisation and A/B testing of landing pages used in ads and email flows
- Incrementally increasing conversion rate % at each touchpoint of the web user journey for your brands
- Briefing the wider team on optimisations and delivery across email campaigns and automated email flows to support monthly business objectives
- Briefing the wider team on optimisations within ad campaigns to drive more traffic, leads, and sales
In your first 90 days we would expect:
- Improvements within key user journey touchpoints within your portfolio of brands (i.e. lead > purchase CVR % has increased from 1% to 2% following a new test of yours)
- You are independently ideating, briefing, and getting new AB tests live on web and email flows, whilst reporting your learnings clearly to the wider team / clients
- You have created a single independent view / dashboard for tracking and monitoring your ongoing AB tests / growth marketing projects
- There is a clear impact in the numbers / metrics you own and can clearly be attributed to the work you deliver
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own end to end optimisation and performance of: Course platforms conversion funnels and performance metrics, including purchase journeys, down and upsell funnels, checkout conversion, etc.
- Optimisation: Analyse user behaviour and funnel performance to uncover conversion opportunities and use an evidence-based approach to optimisation of our websites, funnels, messaging, and creative through quantitative and qualitative methods to truly understand our brands’ products and customers.
- Testing: Develop, execute, and report A/B tests to enhance user experience and increase conversions across webflow touchpoints
- Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies for optimising key digital touchpoints, using insight and data-led hypotheses to design new funnels, journeys, and lead magnets
- Landing pages: Develop briefs for new sales pages and landing pages to support our digital marketing efforts, including messaging, creative, and structure
- Execution: Own the end to end process from setting the strategy to executing it with the help of the team.
- Reporting: Maintain performance reports to inform the wider business of the effectiveness of strategies and tests, and to inform prioritisation of workloads.
- Portfolio: Be able to work across 5-10+ live brands and manage timelines, tests, and workload effectively.
- Thought leadership: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing to ensure we remain at the forefront of digital and social commerce

Ideal Skills + Experience:
- Proven experience in a Growth Marketing role within digital consumer platforms, preferably with experience in some of the following categories: high ticket coaching, digital course communities.
- Experience designing and implementing lead magnets for digital businesses.
- Strong understanding of paid ads, digital marketing ecosystems, funnel strategies, and email flows.
- Analytical thinker and problem-solver with a deep understanding of the metrics and data, and A/B testing, and the ability to translate data into insight and action plans.
- Real in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other optimisation and funnel tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
