About &Soul
&Soul is reimagining urban existence. We run community-first sites in Southall and Shoreditch, and The Sanctuary, a wellness and events space designed around a world-class sauna and ice bath room, movement classes, Reformer Pilates studio, and soon a state-of-the-art gym.
We’re growing fast. What started as a couple of buildings is becoming a brand people move across cities to be a part of. Behind that is a small, close team, a strong point of view on how modern life should feel, and a lot of room for someone to come in and make marketing at &Soul truly excellent.
The role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the marketing engine end-to-end across &Soul Residential and The Sanctuary.
This is not a "post on Instagram sometimes" role. You’ll set the pace across organic social, TikTok, paid, newsletter, community, ambassadors and on-the-ground content and you’ll be close enough to the sites, the members and the events that our marketing actually feels like the place.
You’ll work directly with the founder, with a clear path to Head of Marketing as we open more sites. If you want to build something you can point at in five years and say "I ran that," this is the role.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you’ll own
- The always-on rhythm of our social channels, the daily posts, the reactive Stories, the TikTok that people actually save and share.
- Paid social across both brands, the creative pipeline, the testing, the performance story we tell ourselves each month.
- Our newsletter, written, sent, and treated like a real channel, not an afterthought.
- Community management across DMs, comments and inbox, you’ll be the voice of &Soul on the front line.
- On-site content: showing up, joining classes, being where the story is, and turning it into content people can’t scroll past.
- Our ambassador and creator programme, building it into something real, not a spreadsheet of names.
- The brand and asset library, keeping us on-brand, well-stocked, and never bottlenecked by a shortage of content.
You’ll thrive here if
- You genuinely like being on the ground, in classes, at events, in the room, not just at a laptop.
- You have a strong point of view on modern brands and can spot the difference between a trend worth jumping on and one worth ignoring.
- You’ve shot, cut and posted your own content, and you’re not precious about doing it.
- You can run paid social without needing an agency to hold your hand.
- You write well, short-form especially. Captions, subject lines, DMs.
- You care about numbers as much as vibes. You know what CPL and ROAS mean, and you can tell a story about both.
- You’re happy owning a lot, moving fast, and being trusted with real budget and real decisions.
