Growth Marketing Manager
Talent Frame are partnering with our client on a Growth Marketing Manager role. This position involves developing and executing strategies to boost organic search and AI-driven demand, while enhancing website performance and conversion to generate qualified leads.
This role requires someone to have extensive website optimisation and SEO/AEO knowledge. (You don't need in-depth technical SEO capabilities, but a good core SEO/AEO knowledge and strategic understanding).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise SEO efforts to increase visibility and attract targeted buyers.
- Develop and manage AI-search and AEO strategies to improve organic presence across relevant platforms.
- Implement and oversee website conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, based on data and user insights.
- Build and execute a testing roadmap using A/B testing to improve landing pages, customer journeys, and engagement points.
- Drive in-house capability by establishing tools, processes, and reporting systems for organic growth, AI search, and CRO activities.
- Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimise campaigns for qualified lead generation.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment of strategies and deliver continuous improvements.

Person Specification
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing with a focus on organic growth and lead generation.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO strategies and their integration into broader growth plans.
- Familiarity with AI search, AEO, and how changing search behaviour influences demand creation.
- Experience in website optimisation, CRO, and conducting successful A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-informed decisions.
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance research, experimentation, and content workflows.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on activities that deliver measurable demand and pipeline results.
- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to implementing growth initiatives.
