About The Role
The Growth Practice Marketing Manager at MyDentist is a pivotal role within the Marketing Team based at our Support Centre in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG). This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end marketing activities for new practice openings, mergers, and relocations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring each launch is meticulously planned, executed, and positioned for success from day one. Working in a hybrid environment, the role combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative benefits of being in the office. You will be part of a supportive and experienced team that values innovation, strategic thinking, and results-driven marketing. This role is essential in supporting the company’s growth ambitions and enhancing the patient experience across the UK.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in leading marketing initiatives for launches, rollouts, or multi-site programs, preferably within healthcare, retail, or consumer services sectors. Strong forecasting, planning, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is advantageous but not mandatory, as training can be provided. A background in developing tailored marketing strategies, coordinating cross-channel campaigns, and managing budgets is highly desirable. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and a track record of successful project delivery are equally valued.
Responsibilities
As a Growth Practice Marketing Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
- Taking full ownership of marketing activities for new, merged, and relocated practices, ensuring smooth and successful launches.
- Developing comprehensive launch plans aligned with the company’s commercial objectives, managing timelines and dependencies across multiple departments including Facilities, Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams.
- Forecasting and demand planning to support launch performance and patient acquisition targets.
- Coordinating marketing efforts across various channels such as CRM, Paid Media, SEO, Content, and local marketing initiatives to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Monitoring launch performance, identifying potential risks, and adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain momentum and achieve set goals.
- Working towards embedding scalable marketing practices across the practice network, leveraging tools like CRM systems to enhance workflows and lead management.
- Ensuring all activities are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
