About GoJoe

GoJoe is a global preventative health platform designed to help employers build healthier, higher performing workforces. Our award-winning platform combines gamification, social connection, rewards, and AI features to drive meaningful, measurable behaviour change at scale.

Founded in 2019, we now work with 400+ clients and have users in 150+ countries, and are trusted by global organisations including Diageo, McLaren Automotive, Heineken, Natwest, PwC, and many more. Wearables and connected devices sit at the heart of the experience: we support 60+ activity types across the world’s leading trackers and health platforms, weighting activity fairly so everyone - from wheelchair users to gym-goers to walkers - can engage side by side.

GoJoe is experiencing significant growth across UK and North America, including with large multinational enterprises and replacing legacy wellbeing platforms to unify global health engagement on a single platform. These flagship accounts and a market-leading product are the foundation of the next phase of growth.

The role

This role owns GoJoe's marketing growth engine across paid, SEO/GEO, website optimisation, RevOps, and partnership support. It sits apart from client delivery as a commercial, full-funnel, forward-thinking function focused on generating and converting inbound and new business opportunity. You'll grow the volume and quality of leads coming to us, lift conversion, and ultimately drive more closed-won deals and higher average contract value, with a particular focus on supporting the further expansion into the US market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and run paid acquisition end to end: Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, LinkedIn, and emerging AI-platform ad channels as they come on stream.
  • Own budget, ROAS and CAC and be accountable for spend efficiency and return.
  • Drive SEO and GEO/AEO: take the strong foundations already built and maximise them across both technical and content, including owning GoJoe's share of citation in AI search.
  • Content creation including website landing page, ad visuals, copywriting, etc.
  • Support website growth: work with the Head of Marketing and designer on proposition, messaging, landing pages, and conversion.
  • Support the partner-led growth motion: work with broker and insurer partners on content, account mapping, events, and landing pages to help GoJoe pursue more enterprise accounts, particularly in the US.
  • Own the RevOps mechanics that connect marketing to revenue: lead capture, scoring, nurture, and handoff to sales.
  • Optimise the existing measurement infrastructure (HubSpot, GA, Search Console, Ahrefs) to track, attribute, and improve performance.
  • Use competitive awareness to sharpen positioning and copy, especially as we enter the US.
  • Use AI platforms heavily and fluently to plan, run, and scale campaigns.
