Our Team and What We’ll Accomplish Together

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and pipeline growth in the UK and Benelux markets, and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.

This role is focused on executing region-specific strategies to generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and nurture them through the funnel to sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and beyond. You will play a key role in shaping and executing campaigns that accelerate pipeline velocity, leveraging events, broker and partner engagement, and targeted digital marketing tactics.

You'll also collaborate with our global marketing team on top-of-funnel awareness campaigns (social media, paid media, content marketing), working with our regionally based ABM specialist and Revenue Growth Manager to ensure seamless lead handoff from acquisition to conversion.

What You’ll Do

Pipeline Growth & Lead Nurturing

  • Develop and execute UK and Benelux-specific growth marketing strategies to drive MQLs and pipeline growth.
  • Own middle and lower-funnel marketing, implementing nurture programs that progress leads from MQL to SQL through multi-touch campaigns.
  • Design and optimize lead nurturing flows, leveraging email marketing, content, and personalized outreach to improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement a segmented marketing approach, identifying high-value prospect groups and tailoring engagement to their specific needs throughout the funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine lead scoring models and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion.

Regional Events & Partner Engagement

  • Plan, execute, and optimize regional events, including industry conferences, partner engagements, and hosted activation, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Build and manage relationships with partners and key stakeholders, developing co-marketing initiatives that amplify reach and impact.
  • Develop an integrated event marketing approach that ensures participation translates into measurable business impact and pipeline contribution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Campaign Execution & Collaboration

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, content marketing, and email automation linked to business priorities.
  • Work closely with the global marketing team to align regional demand generation efforts with top-of-funnel awareness campaigns (e.g., social media, thought leadership content, and paid campaigns).
  • Optimize campaigns to ensure seamless lead handoff from awareness to engagement and nurture.
  • Make informed, data-driven decisions on campaign targeting, channel mix, messaging, and investment, adjusting activity based on performance.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve conversion and pipeline contribution.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or field marketing, ideally within high growth organizations.
  • Strong track record of executing pipeline-focused marketing campaigns, including ABM, digital, and event-based marketing.
  • Experience in lead nurturing and conversion optimization, with a focus on moving MQLs through to SQLs.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience collaborating on top-of-funnel awareness campaigns, especially across social media and digital channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize lead progression. You think in business impact, not activity, and are willing to challenge what isn't working based on results.
  • Adaptable and pragmatic: You're comfortable with change and can work effectively even when processes aren't fully defined. You navigate matrixed organizations skillfully, building credibility across multiple teams with competing priorities.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to execute campaigns end-to-end. You manage stakeholder expectations effectively - understanding when to collaborate, when to push back, and how to align requests with strategic priorities.
  • Knowledge of the UK & ROI business landscape and familiarity with regional marketing trends.
