About the role

As a Growth Marketing Partner, you will sit in the Marketing team and be responsible for building and maintaining the Tecknuovo brand to support both revenue growth and talent attraction. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will combine hands-on campaign delivery with commercial and recruitment marketing, developing the channels, content, events and partnerships that strengthen our market position, generate demand and help attract prospective candidates.

Working closely with Commercial, Engagement, Delivery and People teams, you will turn business and hiring priorities into clear, targeted activity and consistent messaging. You will also coordinate PR, digital and creative partners, using campaign, website and CRM data to recommend improvements and demonstrate contribution to pipeline, brand awareness and recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver an integrated marketing plan aligned with Tecknuovo’s commercial, brand and recruitment priorities, with clear audiences, budgets, measures and delivery timelines.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that build awareness, generate and nurture demand, and support priority accounts, sectors and public sector frameworks in partnership with Commercial and Engagement teams.
  • Own the day-to-day application and continuous improvement of the Tecknuovo brand, messaging and value propositions across the website, social channels, sales collateral, case studies, campaigns and recruitment materials.
  • Partner with the People and recruitment teams to strengthen Tecknuovo’s employer brand and support hiring activity through careers content, employee stories, targeted talent campaigns and recruitment events.
  • Create, commission and quality-assure content and public-facing materials, ensuring claims, client references and case studies are accurate, on brand and compliant with procurement, security, confidentiality and advertising requirements.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for agencies in scope and external providers—including website, marketing, design, content and production partners—setting clear briefs, managing budgets and timelines, and holding suppliers accountable for quality and results.
  • Identify and assess relevant industry, client and recruitment events for Tecknuovo to attend as a visitor, exhibitor or sponsor; recommend where to invest and coordinate participation, promotion, lead capture and follow-up.
  • Develop and deliver Tecknuovo-hosted events and experiences—including roundtables, webinars, meet-ups and recruitment events—from concept and audience development through logistics, promotion, delivery and post-event evaluation.
  • Measure and report on marketing performance using CRM, website, campaign and channel data, providing clear insight on engagement, cost per lead, conversion, marketing-sourced pipeline, brand visibility and recruitment campaign effectiveness.
  • Improve the marketing technology and data foundations that enable effective delivery, including CRM, marketing automation and website analytics, while supporting framework re-accreditation, tender submissions and other priority corporate initiatives as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who you are and how you’ll make an impact

  • Experience in growth marketing, demand generation and business development, or marketing business partnering, ideally within a consulting, professional services, or technology environment selling into public sector or enterprise clients, where pipeline generation, brand positioning and account-based marketing are central to commercial performance.
  • Recognised marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM, DMI) are desirable; what’s essential is a demonstrable track record of campaigns that generated measurable pipeline, conversion and commercial impact.
  • A strong track record of partnering with non-marketing leaders, influencing decision-making through insight, analysis, and constructive challenge.
  • A motivation and interest for self-starting activity around innovative and modern marketing practices, to include AI enablement.
  • Experience building trusted relationships across the business, ensuring marketing is involved early in key commercial decisions, bid strategy and account planning.

You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, translating campaign and pipeline data into commercially meaningful narratives and balancing challenge with collaboration. A day in the life

A typical day might begin with reviewing campaign performance, pipeline conversion and website or content engagement data, using CRM, marketing automation and analytics information to identify emerging trends and areas requiring attention. You may meet with Commercial and Engagement leaders to discuss account and framework priorities, challenge assumptions within campaign plans, and provide recommendations on messaging, channel mix or lead-scoring decisions. You may finish the day working with a partner to create a rapid one pager case study to support a sales conversation.
