TransBridge Advisors is a leading fintech consulting and licensing firm specializing in money transmitter licensing, payment institution licensing, banking infrastructure, compliance, and Banking-as-a-Service. We work with fintech startups, payment companies, banks, and financial institutions launching regulated financial products across the United States and internationally.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing & Partnerships Contractor to help build a scalable outbound growth engine focused on generating qualified sales opportunities.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating and executing outbound growth strategies that generate meetings with fintech founders, executives, and decision-makers. Your primary focus will be email outbound, LinkedIn outbound, and partnership-led growth initiatives that expand our referral network and increase qualified inbound opportunities.
This is a hands-on execution role with significant autonomy and direct impact on revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Email Outbound
- Build highly targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and other prospecting tools.
- Create and execute personalized cold email campaigns.
- Develop outbound sequences for different customer segments.
- Continuously optimize messaging through A/B testing.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and booked meetings.

LinkedIn Outbound
- Develop personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Connect with founders, executives, compliance leaders, and payments professionals.
- Engage prospects through thoughtful messaging and content.
- Build relationships that convert into qualified sales opportunities.
Partnership-Led Growth (PLG)
- Identify and recruit strategic referral partners, including:
- Law firms
- Accounting firms
- Compliance consultants
- Banking consultants
- Venture capital firms
- Startup accelerators
- Technology providers
- Industry associations
- Develop partnership outreach campaigns.
- Manage partner onboarding and relationship nurturing.
- Coordinate joint webinars, referral programs, and co-marketing opportunities.
Growth Operations
- Maintain CRM data and outreach workflows.
- Build repeatable outbound playbooks.
- Track pipeline generation and campaign performance.
- Recommend new tools and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
Content Support
- Assist with developing:
- Email templates
- LinkedIn posts
- Case studies
- Partnership collateral
- Sales enablement materials
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, growth marketing, demand generation, or partnerships.
- Experience running cold email campaigns at scale.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or financial services.
- Experience building partnership or referral programs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Experience with AI tools for personalization and content creation.
- Basic understanding of financial regulations or payment infrastructure.
Success Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Qualified meetings booked per month.
- Positive reply rate on outbound campaigns.
- Email deliverability and engagement metrics.
- LinkedIn connection acceptance and response rates.
- Number of new referral and strategic partners onboarded.
- Partner-generated opportunities.
- Pipeline and revenue generated from outbound and partnership channels.
