About Parts Control
Parts Control is an independent B2B SaaS company providing AI-driven software tools to Parts Sellers (OEMs) and their Buyers (Maintenance, Repair and Operations type companies). Our software helps streamline sourcing, stocking, and trading of industrial parts. We have a proven product, global customer base, and quantified savings evidence from past implementations.
The Problem We Are Hiring to Solve
The product works, the commercial evidence is strong, and the existing team has closed deals successfully. What we do not have is a repeatable way of starting conversations with potential customers who could be interested in what we're doing.
Your job is to build that. You own everything up to the first qualified conversation.
What You Will Own
-
Demand Generation Engine
- Build and maintain the target account list
- Research and enrich accounts and contacts to a standard where outreach is genuinely relevant, not templated
- Design, write, and run multi-channel outbound sequences
- Test messaging systematically and report on what moves a first meeting
- Help establish events calendar and conversion into strong leads
-
Marketing and Content
- Segment and clearly define our target markets related to our expertise and solutions
- Turn existing customer evidence (savings analyses, proof of concept results, sustainability and CSRD angles, Recommended Spares Lists) into campaign assets, landing pages, case studies, and content
- Own the website's commercial pages and conversion paths
- Run a light, focused content cadence, quality over volume

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

-
Sales Systems and Automation
- Own the CRM: pipeline stages, data hygiene, activity tracking, forecasting inputs
- Select, integrate, and run the outbound stack (sequencing, enrichment, intent data, website tracking, LinkedIn tooling)
- Automate the repetitive parts of the motion so a small team can work a large list credibly
-
Measurement
- Own the numbers from list to first meeting to qualified opportunity: coverage, reply rates, meeting rates, source attribution
- Produce a weekly one-page view of what is working and what is being killed
How We Work, and Who This Suits
Our addressable market is clear and split into two solutions. We are focused on accounts that genuinely qualify, and we can name most of them. That makes this the opposite of a volume game. Fifteen to twenty accounts worked properly in a week beats a thousand generic emails.
So this role suits someone who enjoys precision and craft in outbound, who is happy doing the research before the outreach, and who is comfortable being measured on qualified conversations rather than lead volume. If your instinct is to scale sending, this is not the right role.
