Growth Marketing Specialist – EDI & eInvoicing Solutions

Job Summary: Position - Remote Contractor

We are seeking a high-performing, revenue-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to accelerate pipeline acquisition and market expansion for our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and eInvoicing solutions. In this role, you will work closely with and report to the Board and be responsible for designing and executing data-driven B2B demand generation strategies. Your primary mission is to convert prospective buyers, enterprise suppliers, and trading networks into active sales pipelines and recurring revenue streams.


Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate High-Quality Leads (HQLs).
  • Build targeted account-based marketing (ABM) programs aimed at high-value enterprise targets, large tier-1 retail/logistics hubs, and high-volume billing accounts.
  • Deploy optimised AI search (AEO, GEO), social media, on-line & off-line content syndication, and email nurturing funnels to systematically lower Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC).

  • Work with the EDI Business Network sales and onboarding teams to build high-converting marketing campaigns that mandate, incentivise, and accelerate vendor/supplier migration to our platforms.
  • Position eInvoicing mandate compliance, and eInvoicing efficiencies as a revenue-preservation and cost-saving mechanism to drive rapid network adoption.
  • Implement cross-sell and up-sell marketing funnels targeting existing accounts to maximise customer lifetime value (LTV).

Product Positioning & Sales Enablement

  • Create high-impact, revenue-focused commercial collateral including financial ROI calculators, total cost of ownership (TCO) models, and value-driven case studies.
  • Deliver qualified pipelines directly to the Sales team and provide them with pitch decks, competitive battle cards, and localised compliance briefs (e.g., global eInvoicing mandates).
  • Work with our AEO agency to build website landing pages, microsites, registration funnels, and product trial onboarding flows to maximise commercial conversion rates.

Target audiences: Supply Chain Buyers (Hubs) and their suppliers (Spokes). Fortune 500 enterprises (Enterprise Hubs) mid-market businesses (Hubs/Spokes) & SME businesses (Spokes).

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) / Contract Value (ACV) influenced by marketing.
  • Volume of High Qualified Leads (HQLs).
  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) reduction.
  • Onboarding conversion velocity (speed of supplier/vendor adoption).
  • Others as requested.

Requirements

Marketing & Business Analytics Competency

  • Marketing Tech Stack: Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Force24, Churn Zero, Apollo) and CRM (Pipe Drive, Salesforce).
  • Data Analytics: Experience tracking conversions using Google Analytics and Excel to demonstrate clear marketing campaign ROI.
  • Commercial Writing: Proven capability to write compelling, conversion-focused B2B copy for email campaigns, newsletters, on-line & off-line content and landing pages.

Experience & Education

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent marketing qualification.
  • Experience: 3+ years of dedicated B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing experience. Direct experience in EDI, eInvoicing, supply chain, or B2B integration networks is highly valued.
