Job Description
You will drive Tab's expansion by managing payment operations and delivering world-class customer support in English and Spanish. You'll split your time between direct merchant interaction and optimizing internal processes using AI and modern tools like SQL and PostHog. This is a high-autonomy role designed for someone ready to scale with a fast-moving startup.

What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end payment operations and support customers in both English and Spanish to ensure seamless transaction flows.
- Leverage AI and tools like SQL, PostHog, and Superblocks to optimize internal processes and improve service delivery.
- Create compelling copy for email campaigns and newsletters to drive growth and keep our global merchant base engaged.
The ideal candidate
- Has 2+ years of experience in operations or customer success, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into simple explanations.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and technical proficiency with modern CS tools like Missive, customer.io, or SQL.
