Company Description

The Female Advisory Board (FAB) is the UK’s first peer advisory organisation dedicated exclusively to female Founders, CEOs, and Managing Directors, focused on driving tangible commercial outcomes. FAB curates non-competing leaders into structured monthly boards that combine peer challenge, expert masterclasses, and facilitated workshops, supported by regular one-to-one sessions with a dedicated Chair. Membership is organised into three tiers: SCALE, ENTERPRISE, and VANGUARD, ensuring participants work with genuine commercial peers at similar revenue stages. Members consistently report significant improvements in strategic focus and commercial capability. FAB is currently active across Yorkshire, with broader regional expansion underway.

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Growth Operations & CRM Manager role. The role focuses on managing and optimising FAB’s CRM systems to support member acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring accurate data, effective segmentation, and streamlined workflows. The individual will analyse growth and sales funnel metrics, identify performance trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements for campaigns, outreach, and member journeys. They will partner with leadership to refine market segmentation, support targeted sales and marketing initiatives, and oversee operational projects that enhance process efficiency and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining clean data, building dashboards and reports, coordinating cross-functional projects, and documenting best practices and standard operating procedures.

We're looking for someone who loves systems, data, CRM, AI and process improvement. You'll take ownership of our member acquisition engine, helping us build scalable processes to identify, nurture and convert exceptional female business leaders into FAB members. Working directly with the SLT, you'll play a key role in shaping how FAB grows nationally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
