Growth Operations Intern (LinkedIn Distribution) — Daily A/B Headline Testing & Ten-Post Cadence, Zero-X — Canggu, Bali

Daily LinkedIn distribution engine · Zero-X · On-site, Canggu, Bali · 4–6 months · Melbourne as the track after

What does it take to find the headline that earns the click — and the post that holds someone past the first line?

This is a Growth Operations Intern on the daily LinkedIn distribution engine: A/B headline testing, the ten-post cadence, and the per-account performance reporting loop at Zero-X.

Zero-X is an engineering company turning waste into clean power with AI, named to Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies list (Energy, 2018), and funded by Projekträger Jülich (PTJ), the German federal research agency.

The proof employers hire on is a distribution loop run and defended with the numbers. Everyone has a degree. Almost nobody has proof.

What you build

  • You build the A/B headline test matrix: variants, hypotheses, winner calls, and the log that shows what moved.
  • You build the ten-post cadence: draft to published asset across the daily queue and per-account placement.
  • The per-account performance report collects impressions, saves, follows, and the lines that won attention.
  • You run the weekly review: Monday reset, Friday ship, with a public recap of what ran and what the data said.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The bar

  • A headline test ran in a live account, with the winning variant named and the losing variants kept on record.
  • A posting cadence another person can run without you in the room.
  • A small content or social account run, with the post that outperformed and the one that died named.
  • A flat performance report comes back, and the two changes worth making next are named.

Who this is for

The work is not done until the post is clean and the number has a reason. The two-year question stays open: what earned the reader's attention, and what would earn more of it next week. Publish ten posts to learn from the one that died, rather than polish one forever. The map is dead — the next move is the one that wins attention.

Where you do it — and why here

So the program runs on-site in Canggu, Bali. A modern company costs twelve people and a toolchain — so being wrong six times a year is part of how the work gets sharper. Decisions happen in the room, not in a handoff. The room where the posting account is planned, tested, and reviewed sits on the campus; the campus is 4,000 sqm, and the people who run the company are on it every day. Epic Solutions PT runs the on-site program in Canggu, Bali. What this location buys is attention, not a view.

What happens after

The internship is step one. For the people who stay, the paid destination is Melbourne, at the Energaia Institute beside Monash. The destination role and its terms are agreed before you commit, never after. Earned, not guaranteed.

Terms

  • Unpaid under Indonesian law.
  • A room is available on campus — rent paid by you.
  • Epic Solutions PT hosts the on-site program and assists with the C22B internship visa process; the visa fee is yours.
  • Daily lunch on us.
  • Starting September.
  • Questions about the fit or the timeline? Tell us — we'll talk you through how the program runs.

Requirements

  • A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or English — you have proven you can finish something.
  • Daily work uses Claude Code, Hermes, or Codex — and the bar is catching what the AI gets wrong.
  • A thing you shipped that nobody asked you to make.
  • 4–6 months on-site.
  • Not the ability to know things. The ability to learn things quickly.

How to apply

Apply via the LinkedIn application field. Submit your CV and a link to an account or content project you ran. The only real failure is standing still and calling it strategy.

A finished CV was never the point. What counts is a thing you've built and the drive to build the next one. That is who we are looking for.
