We are now looking for a Growth Operations Lead to help drive pipeline generation, optimise marketing performance, and ensure the operational backbone of our growth engine runs with precision.
Note: This is a fully remote position, open to applicants based in the UK or Canada.
Role Overview
We're seeking a hands-on Growth Campaigns Manager to turn Gatekeeper's growth strategy into high performing campaigns that generate new logo pipeline and ARR.
This is a strategy through execution role. You'll take campaigns from idea to activation, creating the messaging, content and creative, then executing across paid media, video, email, SDR outreach, nurture and retargeting.
You'll be deeply performance oriented, but also curious about where future growth might come from as buyer behaviour and digital channels evolve.
What You'll Own
Growth Campaigns
- End to End Campaign Ownership: Take campaigns from audience insight and concept through build, launch, optimisation and retrospective
- Multi Channel Activation: Orchestrate campaigns across paid media, video, email, SDR outreach, nurture, retargeting and website experiences
- Campaign Messaging & Creative: Develop the narratives, hooks, offers, copy, video and creative needed to make campaigns perform
- Growth Experimentation: Identify and test new growth channels beyond traditional paid media, including ecosystem opportunities, influencers, affiliates, referrals and other emerging distribution models. Build lightweight experiments, prove commercial potential and scale what works.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
