About Rocksteady Music School

Rocksteady Music School is the UK’s largest rock and pop school. We teach fun and inclusive in-school band lessons to primary age children. Our mission is simple: to amplify children’s self-belief and remove barriers to music education. We’re currently in thousands of schools in the UK, teaching over 120K children every week, and recently launched in Australia – and we’re growing fast.

Our offices in Liphook and Birmingham are home to many of our central office teams. From there, we all play our part in supporting our band leaders to reach as many children as possible with their lessons. That’s what gets us out of bed in the morning!

About the Role

We’re now looking for a Growth Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team to connect every campaign, channel, and piece of content to a measurable commercial outcome — and build the systems, attribution models, and experiment infrastructure that turn marketing activity into a provable, compounding growth engine for Rocksteady.

As a Growth Operations Manager, you will:

  • Build and own the single source of truth for marketing and revenue data - Design and maintain a unified data architecture to provide a single, agreed view of pipeline performance — connecting Website, HubSpot, paid platform data, and any intent tools into one coherent reporting system. Ensure every pipeline and attribution conversation at Rocksteady starts from a shared baseline that all functions trust and use.
  • Design and maintain multi-touch attribution models across the B2B and B2E education buying journey - Build the attribution framework that connects marketing activity to pipeline and closed-won deals. Ensure the attribution methodology is documented, defensible and updated as channel mix and buyer behaviour evolve.
  • Own the marketing technology stack strategy — evaluating, procuring, and retiring tools - Act as the strategic owner of the MarTech stack, auditing and advising which tools Rocksteady should use and how they integrate. Support with the business case for new technology investment, define integration architecture and provide direction on how each tool should be configured and maintained.
  • Build and run the growth experiment engine infrastructure across the team - Build and maintain the operational infrastructure, including the shared experiment backlog, ICE scoring model, hypothesis documentation templates, results tracking, and the briefing process. Ensure experiment learnings are captured, distributed, and rolled into future strategy.
  • Build and run the layered marketing reporting cadence - Own the marketing reporting framework from weekly channel performance against targets through to monthly pipeline reviews. Make the case for marketing as a growth engine, not a cost centre.
  • Own the website as a conversion and data infrastructure asset – Manage the website data layer so that traffic, behaviour, and conversion metrics flow accurately into the broader reporting system. Act as the marketing team's primary liaison with any web development or agency resource, ensuring website changes serve wider team objectives.
  • Drive sales and marketing alignment through shared data and shared accountability - Own the operational infrastructure that collapses the wall between marketing and sales, including shared dashboards accessible to both functions, aligned definitions of pipeline stages and a shared set of metrics.
  • Develop data integrity and segmentation - Maintain the integrity of ICP data across all systems, ensuring account and contact records in HubSpot and the CRM are accurately segmented.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment - balancing a commitment to high standards with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across teams, remaining curious, adaptable, and responsive to the changing needs of the business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
