About us

We’re Brandpie, an independent consultancy that helps organisations unlock growth at pivotal business moments. Leadership change, merger, acquisition, divestment, IPO, category shift—these are the times when everything matters and this is where we come in.

Over the years, we’ve partnered with 150+ businesses worldwide to define vision, ambition and strategy, shape brands and create experiences that drive transformation. Along the way, we’ve also been named one of the Financial Times’ leading Management Consultancies every year since 2018 and recognised as a World Class place to work by Best Companies in 2023.

Why this role now

Brandpie is entering a new phase of growth.

As we scale our regional and sector-led model across EMEIA, we are investing in stronger market visibility, AI-enabled growth infrastructure, targeted relationship development and more disciplined commercial origination.

Brandpie has always grown through trusted relationships, strategic credibility and long-term partnerships. Those fundamentals remain unchanged. What is changing is the sophistication, focus and operational rhythm behind how we build, manage and convert those relationships into sustainable growth. This role is designed to help operationalise that next phase.

The EMEIA Growth & Origination Lead will sit at the intersection of consulting, commercial strategy, sector development and relationship-led growth. The role is responsible for helping turn Brandpie’s market visibility, sector expertise, regional model, data capability and senior networks into sustained commercial momentum.

This is not a traditional “new business” role. It is a consulting-connected, commercial role focused on proactive origination, relationship development, sector growth and opportunity conversion. Success in this role will be measured not by activity, but by the quality of relationships built, opportunities progressed and revenue influenced.

Role purpose

To ensure commercial signals do not sit passively in the system, but are triaged, acted on and converted with pace.

The role is responsible for turning timely market signals, relationship insight and sector intelligence into fast, strategic and valuable commercial engagement. It will improve the quality, consistency and conversion of commercial conversations, particularly from MQL to SQL and from early relationship to active opportunity.

This is not a traditional sales role, an isolated business development function, an RFP management position, a cold outreach role or a CRM administration role. It is a relationship-led conversion role: connecting Marketing-generated demand, sector insight, CRM intelligence and senior outreach into commercial momentum.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
