Remote · Independent Partner Opportunity
Commission-based sales opportunity with 20% recurring commission on eligible subscriptions and 10% on eligible implementation revenue.
About Path
Path is a software platform for building the systems businesses actually run on - from CRMs and customer portals to dashboards, internal tools, websites, inventory systems, and custom workflows.
The Path Partner Program enables independent professionals to build their own book of business by introducing companies to Path, leading the sales process, and helping customers launch software tailored to the way they operate.
The Opportunity
As a Path Partner focused on Growth, you’ll help businesses discover and adopt custom software and AI-powered solutions built around their operations. You’ll identify qualified companies and uncover operational challenges.
Enter the technology and AI space while building your own book of business. Path provides the platform, Partner resources, and a network of delivery professionals who can implement the solution when you do not plan to build it yourself.
This is an independent, commission-based opportunity. You control your schedule, prospecting strategy, target market, and level of participation. You can build a full-time practice on Path or participate alongside your existing work.
What You’ll Do
- Identify businesses that could benefit from custom software, automation, and AI-powered solutions
- Develop relationships with business owners, executives, operators, and functional leaders
- Learn how prospective customers operate and uncover problems caused by disconnected tools, spreadsheets, or inflexible software
- Help customers define opportunities for CRMs, portals, dashboards, internal tools, inventory systems, workflows, and other business applications
- Introduce qualified prospects to Path and register opportunities through the Partner Dashboard
- Lead discovery, proposals, commercial conversations, and the subscription-closing process
- Coordinate a professional handoff to an approved delivery Partner when another Partner will implement the solution
- Remain engaged in the customer relationship to support retention, expansion, and long-term success
- Maintain accurate opportunity and customer information in the Partner Dashboard
- Represent Path professionally and communicate its capabilities, pricing, and program terms accurately

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How You Earn
When you source and close an eligible new Path customer, you can earn:
- 20% recurring commission on eligible Path subscription revenue collected from the customer
- 10% commission on eligible initial implementation revenue when another Path Partner delivers the work

If you also deliver the implementation, you contract with the customer directly and keep 100% of your professional-service fees, subject to the applicable Partner Program terms.
There is no salary or guaranteed compensation. Earnings depend on the customers you originate and close, their subscription value, implementation scope, retention, and continued eligibility under the Path Partner Program.
