We’re building CircleBe, a platform that lets creators turn their audience into paid 1:1 conversations.

We launched in April 2026. We’ve built the platform, brought real creators onto it, generated real bookings, and started proving that people will pay for direct access to the people they follow.

We’re proud of what we’ve built so far.

But we’re still early.

And the next challenge is clear: How do we get more of the right creators onto CircleBe, and get them active? We’re looking for someone to join the founding team and help us answer that question.

The role

Your first major focus will be creator agencies.

Rather than onboarding every creator individually, we believe agencies could become a powerful way to bring great talent onto CircleBe at scale.

But this role is broader than agency partnerships.

We want someone who brings ideas, energy and commercial thinking into how CircleBe grows. Someone who can spot opportunities, test channels, open doors, learn quickly and help us build repeatable ways to get more creators onto the platform.

You won’t be handed a finished playbook. You’ll help write it.

What you’ll do

  • Build and own our creator agency outreach strategy
  • Identify and engage relevant creator and talent agencies
  • Build relationships with agency owners, managers and decision-makers
  • Onboard agencies and their creator rosters
  • Help creators get live, active and generating bookings
  • Explore other creator acquisition and partnership opportunities
  • Test different outreach, referral and growth ideas
  • Feed learning back into our messaging, proposition and onboarding
  • Work directly with our Director of Partnerships, CTO and founding team
  • Help shape the growth playbook as we learn what works

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This isn’t about collecting agency logos or vanity numbers.

Success means more of the right creators joining CircleBe, becoming active and generating conversations.

What you’re joining

CircleBe is an early-stage startup. That means opportunity, but it also means uncertainty. We don’t have big departments, huge budgets or a polished process for everything.

What we do have is a real product, real creators, real bookings and a team that believes we can build something much bigger.

Startups can be incredibly rewarding. They can also be messy, high risk and unpredictable.

If we get it right, the upside can be significant — professionally, financially and personally.

We’ve already achieved a lot with a small team. With the right people around the table, we believe we can achieve much more.

We’re looking for like-minded builders who want to be part of that.

What this is

  • A genuine founding-team role
  • Remote and flexible
  • Designed to work around existing commitments
  • Not a 40-hour-a-week role
  • Real ownership and autonomy
  • Equity in the business
  • Direct access to the founders
  • The opportunity to shape how CircleBe grows

Our intention is for this to become a paid role following a successful raise, subject to performance, funding and mutual fit

There is no salary at this stage. We want to be completely transparent about that.

We are not looking for someone to work full-time hours for free.

We are looking for someone who can commit a sensible amount of focused time each week, take ownership, make progress consistently and build with us around their existing work and life commitments.

For the right person, this could sit alongside a current role, consultancy work, freelance work or another business.

What matters is ownership, consistency, ideas and results, not hours at a desk.

Who we’re looking for

You might come from partnerships, business development, sales, creator management, agency relations or growth.

More important than your job title is how you think and operate.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can open doors and start conversations
  • Is comfortable with phone, email, LinkedIn and DMs
  • Is commercially minded and relationship-led
  • Brings ideas rather than waiting for instructions
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Enjoys testing, learning and improving
  • Can turn conversations into action
  • Is energised by building rather than maintaining
  • Is interested in the creator economy and new monetisation models

Existing relationships with creator, talent or influencer agencies would be a major advantage.

Interested?

Please apply through the role.

As part of the interview process, we’ll want to hear how you would approach your first 90 days at CircleBe:

  • Where would you focus?
  • What would you test?
  • What opportunities would you pursue?
  • What do you believe you could achieve?

We’re not looking for someone with all the answers.

We’re looking for someone who can help us find them, and then turn the best ones into action.
