SustainGRC is governance intelligence infrastructure for non-financial data. Risk, internal audit, compliance, resilience, board governance, AI governance and sustainability held on one data model — so when a regulator, auditor or board asks an enterprise to defend a number, it survives scrutiny. Built as a single system, not assembled through acquisition.

Our EMEA and GCC pipeline is outgrowing senior sales bandwidth. We need someone to build it before it reaches an Account Executive's desk.

The Role

  • Own top-of-funnel: research target accounts and the regulatory pressure driving them — DORA supervision, NIS2, EU AI Act, SAMA and NCA requirements in the Gulf
  • Run outbound via Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, personalised to each account's actual compliance exposure, not templated sequences
  • Qualify against ICP before handoff, so senior sales time goes to real opportunities
  • Feed market and competitor intelligence back into how we position — this is business development, not list assembly

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • 1–3 years in B2B sales, BDR or SDR. SaaS is a plus, not a requirement, if you learn fast
  • Sharp spoken and written English. Fluent Arabic is a strong advantage for GCC outreach
  • Genuine research instinct — you'd rather understand a prospect's regulatory exposure than send generic outreach
  • Comfort testing an approach, reading the data and adjusting without being told
