Growth & Product Analytics Lead

London (5 days a week in office) | Salary up to £180,000

Working closely with senior leadership, you will combine analytics, experimentation, and execution to drive measurable impact across the customer journey.

The Role

As the Growth & Product Analytics Lead, you will take ownership of key growth metrics and identify opportunities to increase product adoption, engagement, and expansion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving activation and onboarding to improve product adoption rates.
  • Identifying opportunities for account expansion through data analysis and user behaviour insights.
  • Increasing engagement across product features, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
  • Analysing usage trends and delivering recommendations to support revenue growth.
  • Defining product instrumentation and telemetry requirements to improve decision-making.
  • Building, testing, and implementing solutions rather than relying solely on recommendations.
  • Designing and evaluating experiments to measure the impact of growth initiatives.
  • Partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience driving growth metrics within a B2B or enterprise environment.
  • Advanced SQL skills and the ability to work confidently with modern data warehouses.
  • Experience using analytics, reporting, and data transformation tools.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation, measurement, and product analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience building automated solutions, workflows, or analytical products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
