About us

Our mission is to make invisible illness visible. We're building wearable technology for 100m+ people living with complex chronic illness.

Wearables have the potential to transform our healthcare system. They can give us insights into how our body is working in real-time. But the vast majority of the $4.7bn consumer wearable market is focussed on fitness, not illness. By giving people tools designed specifically for chronic illness, we help them engage in daily activities, reclaim a more active role in society, and enjoy a greater quality of life.

If we succeed, wearables will play a key role in chronic and post-acute care. Wearable data will unlock new cures and insights, enabled and accelerated by AI. Millions of people overlooked and underserved will benefit from a greater quality of life.

We've grown from $1M to $10M in subscription ARR in two years, gone from a small founding team to 30+ people, and reached 300,000+ users with a product that's genuinely changing lives and advancing research. We're backed by top investors and supported by world-leading researchers and clinicians who share our mission.

Why we're hiring this role

We've built a product people love and reached hundreds of thousands of people living with chronic illness. Where we've invested the least amount of effort is in helping the people we reach to become members, and experience the value of Visible.

This role is the first Growth Product role at Visible. That means there’s an unusual amount of open ground for the right candidate: a newly rebuilt web quiz stack ready to be experimented on, a CRM waiting to be brought to life, and infinite experiment hypotheses that nobody has had the capacity to test.

You'd be hands-on from day one, with a designer and engineering support behind you, shipping work that directly grows the number of people we help. It's the kind of role where your fingerprints will be all over the numbers, and where your work compounds the mission. Every person who gets value from Visible today funds the clinical evidence and the care we want to deliver tomorrow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll initially report to Luke, our co-founder and CEO, and later to a Director of Growth as the team grows.

What you'll be doing day-to-day

  • Running experiments on our website and quiz funnel from copy to design, UX and positioning. You’ll own our paywalls and checkout process, too. Across the whole funnel you’ll identify hypotheses and ship tests regularly and quickly - knowing which ones actually created members rather than just clicks.
  • Improving free-to-paid conversion in the mobile app, working with the core Product team - app onboarding, the moments that communicate the value of membership, and big levers like referrals.
  • Keeping the members we already help. Reducing subscription churn, winning back lost members and recovering the revenue we lose to failed payments and lapsed subscriptions, using all of the tools at your disposal. (Our Core Product team owns the in-app features that drive long-term value.)
  • Standing up our lifecycle programme from a blank slate - setting up the event triggers and segmentation, configuring in-app messaging, and setting early flows live. If you can prove out the impact, there’s budget to hire dedicated CRM support.
  • Getting into the data yourself (BigQuery, Mixpanel) to find where the biggest opportunities are, size them, and prove out what worked.

Who you are

  • You've moved real numbers on a subscription product. You've owned a conversion funnel or monetisation surface - activation, paywall, pricing, checkout, churn - and can name your wins.
  • You're an experimentation enthusiast. You think in funnels and cohorts, form sharp hypotheses, and have personally shipped a high volume of A/B tests. You can inspire a team with your results and bring stakeholders along for the journey too. You're as happy writing funnel copy and briefing a lifecycle email as you are speccing work for an engineer.
  • You've worked across both web and mobile funnels, and know they behave differently - web checkout versus in-app purchase, email versus push.
  • You understand subscription growth - paywalls, trials, pricing, free-to-paid conversion, lifecycle, churn and win-back - and are genuinely interested in it. (You’re the kind of person who's listened to every episode of Sub Club.)
  • You're comfortable in the data. You can pull and interpret your own numbers with SQL and a product analytics tool, rather than waiting for someone to hand you a chart.
  • You thrive in a small team with high autonomy. You can ship without being managed, use AI to move quickly, and are comfortable in a scrappy environment with very little scaffolding around you.
  • You care about the mission and want your growth work to help people who have been overlooked and underserved, not just move a number. You won’t sacrifice integrity and values to hit targets (and we will never ask you to).

Nice to have, but not a showstopper

  • Experience at a consumer subscription app, especially mobile-first.
  • Hands-on with a CRM/CDP (Customer.io, Klaviyo, Braze) and lifecycle messaging.
  • Experience running paid campaigns, or working closely with the people who do.
  • Worked with sensitive or regulated health data, or in health and wellness.

No one's a perfect match on paper. If you care about what we're building and can see yourself in this role, don't let a missing bullet point hold you back.

  • Equity - we want everyone at Visible to share in what we're building
  • Matched pension up to 6%
