About Fyxer
Since launching in May 2024, we've grown to $30 million in ARR. Fyxer is building an AI executive assistant that handles emails, scheduling, and follow-up, freeing people in client-facing roles to focus on their customers.
The Mission
At Fyxer, we believe the only sustainable competitive advantage for a startup is the quality and speed of execution.
We are looking for a full-stack product thinker who uses research, data, and experimentation to drive better bets, faster learning, and stronger commercial outcomes. We’re not looking for someone to write specs and hand over insights. We want someone who helps us think better and decide better.
You’ll drive product vision and strategy of a product domain alongside our product, growth, and leadership teams.
The Role
You’ll drive product vision and strategy of a product domain / category design alongside our product / growth and leadership teams.
You will operate at speed. We care about generating signals quickly, making informed decisions, and learning fast. You are comfortable working with imperfect information and tightening thinking as you go.
You will have significant autonomy. We expect strong judgment, clear communication, and ownership of outcomes and a fullstack background around A/B experimentation and everything that comes with it.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Own
- You will own the quality of our product bets and the speed at which we learn.
- Turn ambiguity into direction. Take messy signals from customers, product data, and the market and translate them into clear problem framing and product strategy.
- Work directly with engineers. You will partner closely with engineers and founders from the start of an initiative, shaping solutions together rather than handing over specs.
- Use the right tools to validate ideas and reduce risk: interviews, prototypes, experiments, product analytics, fake doors, usability testing, and behavioural analysis.
- Ship, learn, and iterate quickly. Move product bets from idea to shipped product to measurable outcomes, continuously tightening the loop between learning and building.
- Raise the bar of product thinking across the team by coaching others, introducing scalable frameworks, and helping the team stay close to customers.
Who You Are
- Expert: You are an expert in your domain specialization that everyone could learn from including our other PM’s.
- Systems thinker: You understand customer journeys, funnels, and feedback loops. You connect user behaviour to outcomes and revenue impact, not just isolated features.
- Engineering partner: You work closely with engineers and founders, translating user insight into clear problem framing and practical tradeoffs. You influence what we build through evidence and clarity.
- Decision oriented: You know when there is enough signal to move. You help others clarify thinking, sharpen hypotheses, and make confident calls under uncertainty.
- Capability builder: You design product systems that compound over time rather than one off projects. Your work levels up how we do product and discovery across the company, and you introduce frameworks, coach others, and build repeatable learning loops.

- Autonomy: We hire people who want ownership and then we actually give it to them.
- Scope: This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth rocket ship at the foundational stage.
- Velocity: You will be fast-tracked into senior responsibilities far earlier than at a traditional company.
