Orinox Ltd is a UK-based consulting, technology and digital solutions company focused on building products and services that help businesses operate, grow and scale.
We are developing Orinox Filing, an AI-powered tax filing and financial assistance platform designed to simplify tax-related processes for individuals and businesses.
Our goal is to make complex tax and financial processes easier to understand and manage through modern technology, automation and AI.
About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to take ownership of the growth strategy for Orinox Filing.
You will work across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Leadership to identify opportunities to acquire users, improve activation, increase paid conversions and strengthen customer retention.
This is a hands-on role where you will have meaningful influence over the product roadmap, user experience and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the growth strategy for Orinox Filing.
- Analyse the complete user journey from acquisition through subscription and retention.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and activation.
- Develop and manage growth experiments and A/B tests.
- Analyse conversion funnels and user behaviour.
- Identify and remove friction within the product.
- Work closely with developers and designers to implement product improvements.
- Help optimise free trials, subscriptions and conversion journeys.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
- Monitor key metrics including MRR, conversion rate, retention, churn, LTV and CAC.
- Conduct competitor and market research across AI, fintech, accounting and tax technology.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback.
- Work alongside Marketing and Outreach teams to improve acquisition.
- Identify new growth channels and opportunities.
- Maintain and prioritise a growth roadmap.
- Present growth insights and recommendations to Orinox leadership.
- Continuously test, measure and improve the product.

Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in Product Management, Growth Product Management, Growth Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of product-led growth.
- Understanding of acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation funnels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with product metrics and user data.
- Experience with growth experiments and A/B testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with developers, designers, marketing teams and leadership.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS products.
- Experience with AI-powered products.
- Experience in fintech, accounting, tax technology or financial services.
- Experience with subscription-based businesses.
- Experience with Product-Led Growth.
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or PostHog.
- Experience with Stripe or subscription billing.
- Understanding of MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, retention and churn.
- Basic SQL or product analytics experience.
- Previous startup, scale-up or entrepreneurial experience.
