Growth Product Marketing Manager – Bitrise
Remote-first role (UK-based)
At Bitrise, we're transforming how mobile products are developed and deployed for thousands of customers worldwide. As we scale, we're building the growth function inside product marketing.
About the Role
As Growth PMM, you'll own how we find, reach, and activate new audiences across our product portfolio. Every experiment you run—from messaging refinement to channel selection—will be grounded in product marketing insights. Your work will bridge research-driven strategy and hands-on execution, spanning existing and emerging products to identify growth opportunities.
This is not a performance marketing role or a traditional PMM role. Instead, it’s tailored for someone who thinks in funnels and systems, executes growth experiments, and relies on product marketing as the foundation for all decisions.
Compensation
£70,000–£90,000
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, product management, or a mix of both, with experience in developer tools
- Strong growth experimentation and core product marketing expertise: research, messaging, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), GTM (Go-To-Market), and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Experience in acquiring net new developer audiences
- Self-serve/PLM (Product-Led Growth) expertise: activation funnels, conversion optimisation, and in-app messaging
- Ability to pull insights from product analytics, user interviews, web analytics, and campaign data
- Strong project management skills, with proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment
- Thrives in fast-paced, independent environments, with experience designing own workloads

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
