Growth Reporting Lead - 12 Month FTC

Programme: Logistic, Commodities & Services Transformation Programme (LCST)

Location: Bristol / Hybrid

Role Overview:

The Growth Reporting Lead will monitor the Division effort to meet annual awards and submits targets, and to ensure accurate management of opportunities in WINIT, inputs to Finance and information flow within (Mission Systems & Integrated Logistics (MSIL). The role is essential to ensuring all MSIL colleagues understand and can support the delivery of growth targets within the division. The post reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Tasks:

  • Lead the closing of sales to meet monthly and annual Divisional awards and submits commitments.
  • Ensure alignment to key reporting dates maintaining accuracy of inputs and providing supporting narratives as required.
  • Promote the disciplined use of Leidos sales tools to enable effective reporting and tracking of the MSIL LCST business pipeline, awards and submits.
  • Support the planning and execution of our LCST growth activities to achieve our annual awards and submits targets.
  • Support cross-functional relationships with multidisciplinary bid teams, including those extended members in our partners and other Leidos divisions in the UK and US, to deliver divisional growth commitments.
  • Support cross-functional relationships with partners and other Leidos divisions in the UK and US, to pull through new capabilities and technologies to deliver innovation for UK MOD and LCST Customer.

Bristol based with an expectancy to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve (FLCs etc), with an expectation of up to three days in the Bristol office.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills critical.
  • Detail oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment. You thrive in demanding environments where agility is a must.
  • Self-motivated to hit targets, enjoy a challenge and know how to bring colleagues on the journey to success with you.
  • You have the tenacity and energy to maintain engagement across all divisions of MSIL.

Skills Desired:

  • Confident to lead meetings and engagements challenging inputs for accuracy.

Who We Are:

The Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) Programme for the UK Ministry of Defence is a critical effort to enhance and improve the UK’s defence supply chain. The programme provides essential services such as storage and distribution for the MOD's materiel, including a global freight service and the procurement and inventory management of 70,000 commodity NATO Stock Number (NSNs).

Working together as Team Leidos we are helping to transform the UK's defence supply chain by providing an integration of a complex mixture of services, at low risk, using a modern suite of systems that will deliver one version of the truth. For the first time, the MOD will see the whole picture, as it is happening.

Pay Range:

£61,500.00-£78,800.00
