The Growth Team
Our Growth team is responsible for driving revenue growth across The Ladder Group through new business development.
Working with organisations across a range of sectors, the team identifies commercial opportunities, builds relationships with senior stakeholders and develops a high-quality pipeline that converts into long-term client partnerships and sustainable business growth. The team sits at the heart of the business's growth strategy, directly influencing revenue generation, client acquisition and market expansion. It's an opportunity to develop core commercial skills, work with senior stakeholders and play a meaningful role in scaling a fast-growing business.

The Role
As a Growth Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, generating new business opportunities and building relationships with senior decision-makers. Through research, personalised outreach and relationship building, you'll create opportunities for the wider commercial team to develop new client partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Day-to-day, you'll:
- Research and identify high-potential target clients
- Build prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn and market intelligence
- Create tailored outreach campaigns and personalised communications
- Engage senior stakeholders through email, LinkedIn and cold calling
- Generate qualified opportunities and meetings for the commercial team
- Support our networking and event strategy by engaging prospective clients
- Stay informed on market trends and emerging commercial opportunities
- Manage prospect and pipeline activity within HubSpot
- Consistently deliver against weekly and monthly meeting, pipeline and revenue targets

Beyond day-to-day outreach, you'll represent The Ladder Group at networking events, contribute ideas to our growth strategy, build your professional network and gain exposure to commercial decision-making and client acquisition strategy.

Compensation & Benefits
- £30-33K base salary plus commission
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with office closure over Christmas
- Work from home Wednesdays
