Did you see one of our viral campaigns, like findmohamedawife.com? Or maybe you know one of the 800,000 couples who met through Muzz? Whatever brought you here, now’s the perfect time to join a team on its way to becoming the first billion-dollar Muslim app.
We're looking for an ambitious Growth SEO Manager to drive the growth of Muzz.com.
You'll own our global SEO strategy end-to-end, from technical health and content to how Muzz shows up in a search landscape being rapidly reshaped by AI.
This isn't a role where you'll simply monitor rankings and send monthly reports. You'll own our website as a product, SEO roadmap, identify growth opportunities, work directly with Product and Engineering to ship improvements and build SEO into a meaningful acquisition channel for Muzz.
If you love figuring out how people discover things, turning search behaviour into growth opportunities and staying ahead of where search is going next, this could be the role for you.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of growing organic traffic, conversions and/or signups.
- Strong technical SEO expertise, including site architecture, indexing, crawlability, internal linking, structured data/schema, metadata and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong understanding of on-page and content SEO, including keyword and entity research, content briefs, landing-page optimisation and evergreen content.
- Experience developing and executing SEO strategies across multiple international markets and languages.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and third-party SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs or similar.
- Strong understanding of AI Search and how it is changing organic discovery, including AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
- A clear point of view on how brands can improve their visibility and earn citations in AI-generated answers.
- Familiarity with measuring AI visibility through metrics such as citation frequency, share of voice and sentiment, using tools such as Semrush's AI toolkit, SE Ranking, Profound or Nozzle.
- Solid understanding of off-page SEO, including backlinks, digital PR, outreach and link-building strategies.
- Comfortable working directly with Product and Engineering teams, translating SEO requirements into actionable technical improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn search data into clear priorities and growth opportunities.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to manage a roadmap and get things shipped.
- A strong growth mindset. You're interested in the commercial impact of SEO, not just rankings and traffic.
- Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where the playbook isn't always written yet.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
