Role Description
The Growth Specialist is a full-time, remote role focused on driving user acquisition, activation, and retention for ResearchPal. This role involves designing and running growth experiments, analyzing performance data, and optimizing funnels across channels. The Growth Specialist will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to identify high-impact opportunities, refine messaging, and contribute to go-to-market campaigns. Typical responsibilities include managing growth projects, supporting outreach and partnerships, and reporting on key metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.

- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and performance analysis to inform growth strategies.
- Clear and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and user-facing interactions.
- Growth hacking skills to design experiments, optimize funnels, and identify scalable growth opportunities.
- Sales-related skills to support lead generation, conversion activities, and partnership development.
- Project management skills to plan, execute, and track multiple growth initiatives in parallel.
- Experience with SaaS or technology products, especially in education or research, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, product analytics platforms) and basic spreadsheet or dashboard skills is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
