The Role
We're looking for a commercially minded Growth Strategist to help shape and deliver growth strategies for an exciting portfolio of consumer brands.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys getting under the skin of a business—understanding how customers are acquired, where they convert, what keeps them coming back and, ultimately, where the biggest opportunities for growth lie.
You'll initially work closely with our Head of Growth, supporting the strategy and performance of a portfolio of clients. As you establish yourself in the role, you'll take increasing ownership of client reporting, strategic recommendations and quarterly business reviews.
You'll also work alongside a Growth Executive as part of an eight-person Growth team, combining strategic thinking with hands-on analysis to help ambitious brands grow.
Our Client
A leading Shopify agency specialising in the intersection of design, technology and growth.
They partner with ambitious consumer brands to build and grow exceptional DTC businesses. The team of around 25 specialists spans design, development, growth and client services, giving them the ability to support brands far beyond simply building a great website.
A Shopify Premier Partner, Recharge Premier Partner, Klaviyo Gold Partner, Skio Partner and a certified B Corp.
Their clients range from exciting brands in the early stages of their journey through to established businesses generating significant subscription revenue. Across the Growth team, they work on the full customer journey—from acquisition and conversion through to retention and lifetime value.
As their client portfolio continues to grow, they are looking for a talented Growth Strategist to join them.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing growth strategies
You'll analyse each client's business and customer journey to identify the biggest opportunities for growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This will include:
- Mapping the customer journey from acquisition through to repeat purchase.
- Identifying opportunities to improve conversion, AOV, CAC and customer lifetime value.
- Understanding where brands are underperforming against their potential.
- Turning data and insight into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
- Helping clients prioritise the initiatives most likely to have a meaningful impact.
Looking at the bigger picture
This isn't a role focused on a single marketing channel.
You'll take a holistic view of growth, understanding how areas including paid media, retention, email, subscription and eCommerce performance work together.
Using data to tell the story
You'll be comfortable getting into the numbers and translating performance data into meaningful commercial insight.
Rather than simply reporting on what has happened, you'll help clients understand why it happened—and what they should do next.
Over time, you'll take ownership of client reporting and quarterly business reviews, becoming a trusted strategic partner to the brands you work with.
Working collaboratively
You'll work closely with specialists across the business, including teams in paid media, retention, design, development and client services.
Your role will be to connect the dots, ensuring activity across different channels is aligned with the wider growth strategy and focused on the commercial outcomes that matter most.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of how modern DTC and eCommerce businesses grow.
You may currently be working in a growth, eCommerce, strategy or performance-focused role, either agency-side or in-house. Most importantly, you'll be commercially curious and enjoy using data to solve problems.
You'll ideally bring:
- Around five years' experience in a growth, eCommerce or digital strategy-focused role.
- A strong understanding of DTC and eCommerce business models.
- Experience analysing customer journeys and identifying growth opportunities.
- A good understanding of key commercial metrics, including CAC, LTV, AOV and conversion rate.
- The ability to turn complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Experience working across multiple areas of digital growth, such as acquisition, retention, email and subscription.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The confidence to work directly with clients and build trusted relationships.
