Job title: Growth Specialist
Location: Beautiful, peaceful, bright office in West Dulwich with flexibility for home working
Hours: Part-time. Flexible working hours mostly within office hours, some evening engagements.
Salary range: up to £50,000 Pro Rata

You’d be joining a small team of 7 (so far) but they have plans for growth and expansion into other parts of London. You will be supported by the Director and the accounts team.
The company enjoys helping small business owners of mainly 1-5 staff to achieve their goals as business owners. The role is focused on delivering and developing their Co-Create service, which is the firm’s approach to business development and involves elements of management accounting, business coaching, and mentoring.

Specifically, your role as our Growth Specialist will be to use your existing skills and experience to:
- Delivery of Co-Create Meetings to Clients
- Delivery of Co-Create Workshops
- Delivery of Business Planning and other Business Development Projects with clients
- Collaboration with the Director for the improvement and development of the above functions
- Networking with South East London Business Owners
- Representing Co- Accounting at events
- Responding to inquiries and converting inquiries into new clients
- Actively engaging with SE London Business Owners on LinkedIn and other social media channels
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experience, and personality:
- Getting enjoyment from supporting people to achieve their goals
- Getting enjoyment from creating community amongst people
- Confidence with client-facing roles, running meetings, and advising clients
- Team player
- Positive energy
- Organisation and the ability to manage a diary
- Basic understanding of business planning
- Basic confidence with looking at and interpreting business performance figures
- Willingness to learn the Co-Create methodology
- Willingness to learn new IT systems
- Live within a very easy commute of West Dulwich
