About The Company
An ambitious, fast-growing performance marketing agency is looking for a commercially minded Growth Strategist (Paid Social) to help shape the success of a portfolio of consumer brands. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on Paid Social expertise, working alongside specialists across creative, PPC and account management to deliver measurable business growth.
This fully remote role is ideal for someone ready to move beyond campaign management and become a trusted strategic partner to clients. You'll influence business decisions, lead growth strategies and play a key role in driving long-term client success while developing your own career within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver commercially focused growth strategies for a portfolio of client accounts.
- Lead Paid Social strategy, working closely with specialists to optimise campaign performance and scalability.
- Create and oversee creative testing roadmaps, using performance data to improve results.
- Present strategic recommendations and commercial insights to senior client stakeholders.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies and measurable client growth.

Essential Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' Paid Social experience, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven success scaling eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and strong understanding of TikTok Ads.
- Experience developing growth strategies beyond day-to-day campaign management.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Salary
£40,000 – £45,000
Will ideally be able to go into the office in the North West twice a month
